The Oklahoma Libertarian Party sent surveys to all candidates for state legislature. The questions are listed below, with numbers of positive and negative responses for each. Following the questions you will find a chart showing responses of individual candidates.

#1. Oklahoma has the most restrictive ballot access law in the country. Do you support ballot access reform?
Yes is the pro-liberty response. Yes = 25 - No = 11 - No Response = 4

#2. Do you support any tax increases at any level of government(including fee increases and hidden taxes such as deficit spending)?
No is the pro-liberty response. Yes = 4 - No = 32 - No Response = 4

#3. Do you support the PATRIOT Act and other trade-offs of freedom intended to increase security?
No is the pro-liberty response. Yes = 8 - No = 28 - No Response = 4

#4. Do you believe that 'economic development' programs that give special benefits such as tax incentives or grants to favored businesses are a proper function of government?
No is the pro-liberty response. Yes = 14 - No = 23 - No Response = 3

#5. Do you support the pro-gun control agenda of the Bush Administration?
No is the pro-liberty response. Yes = 9 - No = 27 - No Response = 4

#6. Should marriage be defined by politicians?
No is the pro-liberty response. Yes = 17 - No = 20 - No Response = 3

#7. Do you support education tax credits?
Yes is the pro-liberty response. Yes = 29 - No = 8 - No Response = 3

#8. Should property taken through eminent domain ever be transferred to a private party?
No is the pro-liberty response. Yes = 1 - No = 37 - No Response = 2

#9. In the name of fighting drugs, legislators have moved to restrict access to everything from water pipes and cold tablets to jimsonweed. Do you believe that prohibition is good public policy?
No is the pro-liberty response. Yes = 19 - No = 17 - No response = 4
